Favorite chewy Brownie

Favorite chewy Brownie

I have been craving these brownies all week! I have already made them twice!  Once to take around to some friends and then again for a family party. This is my go to dessert recipe when I want something yummy but don’t have a lot of time. This is my absolute favorite chewy brownie recipe. I have to warn you though, they are a bit dangerous! When I am craving, chocolate this chewy brownie recipe is what I crave! These brownies do not last long around our house. I love this recipe not only because it is delicious but because it makes such a big pan. This is a great recipe to take to social gatherings because it makes so many!  I love frosting so I like to frost these but it definitely isn’t necessary. If you aren’t a frosting lover a bit of sprinkled powdered sugar on top works great.

Here is how I made them

First start by combining the flour and cocoa in a small bowl.

Then in a mixing bowl cream together the sugar, butter and vanilla.

Then add in the flour and cocoa to the butter mixture            .

The brownie batter should be a thick consistency.   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Yum!
